All American Eagle meat grinder plates are manufactured from food grade stainless steel, and feature a raised hub for extra durability and stability for the auger pin, and allows for easy removal of the plate after grinding. This grinder plate is compatible with AE-G12N series meat grinders with 1HP motor, it is not compatible with AE-G12SS or AE-G12C or AE-G12 meat grinders manufactured prior to 2003. This #12 Grinder Plate produces an output of 5/16” (8MM). It is for American Eagle commercial #12 meat grinder AE-G12N and is made from high quality stainless steel, not carbon steel like many other lower quality grinder plates.
