How to Use:1. Positioning the Sign: Place the sign in the upper left corner of your work area as illustrated in the figure. Use a magnet to hold the sign in place and loosen the pressure plate that does not require pressing.2. Loading and Unloading the Character Wheel: Start by using the character wheel wrench to remove the character wheel nut. Choose the appropriate character wheel, install the character wheel lock on the nut, and ensure the pointer is aligned.3. Adjusting Print and Start Position: Position the sign correctly, disengage the clutch, and turn both the spacing handwheel and the word spacing handwheel until the word wheel is aligned with the upper frame position of the printed character. Lock the extension rod, release the clutch lever, press down the word spacing paper feeding handle several times to check the spacing density using the caliper (use the handwheel with the word spacing adjusted).
